The fine print:

Insurance Billing and Patient Financial Responsibility
We will submit claims to your insurance carrier as a courtesy.

However, verification of benefits or pre-authorizations (if obtained) does not guarantee payment. Coverage, eligibility, and payment amounts are determined solely by your insurance plan.

You are ultimately responsible for all charges not covered or paid by your insurance, including but not limited to deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance, non-covered services, denied claims, or any remaining balance after insurance processing.

Payment for any patient-responsible portion is due at the time of service. If we have a prior agreement, due upon receipt of your statement, unless other arrangements have been made.

The fine print:

Returned checks (for insufficient funds or any other reason) will incur a $50 processing fee.

If a credit card payment is declined, returned, charged back, or reversed, you will be responsible for any associated fees or costs incurred by our practice, and we reserve the right to pursue collection of the original amount plus fees.

All returned or disputed payments may result in your account being placed on hold or referred to collections.

  • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place is awesome!! The receptionist was so sweet and the test was quick and straightforward. When my results came out good, the audiologist went in depth with his explanation and recommended good resources to get a diagnosis from a specialist. 10/10 recommend!!

  • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow, what can I say? Where do I start? My wife and I are managing my mother’s healthcare needs. A part of those needs required getting her hearing aids. We tried other providers previously to secure her hearing aids that were affordable but unfortunately those providers did not participate in her insurance program. We contacted Texas Hearing and Tech and spoke with D’lanie. D’lanie informed us that they were in the process of being approved to participate in my mother‘s health insurance program. We booked our appointment and were greeted by D’lanie. She was very helpful and informative. Her desire to help us was genuine and refreshing. We then met with Dr. Ravi. Dr. Ravi also was very gentle kind and had a warm spirit. He took his time to examine my mother ask questions and educate her. With the combined information that Dr. Ravi and D’lanie shared with us, we purchased my mother‘s hearing aids. It was that simple. We then went for a follow up appointment to fit her hearing aids and again we received excellent service. D’lanie and Dr. Ravi feel like close family friends. Very genuine and pleasant. This will be the home for my mother’s hearing needs.

  • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Life-Changing Experience — Wish I Had Gone Here First Three years ago, I purchased a set of $5,000 hearing aids based on a professional recommendation. Despite multiple return visits for adjustments and troubleshooting, they never functioned properly, and the results remained disappointing. Over time, I stopped using them altogether. During this period, I tried several over-the-counter hearing devices, including Apple AirPods, and surprisingly found that each performed better than my original prescription hearing aids. Still struggling with hearing loss, I eventually decided to seek a second opinion. That decision led me to Texas Hearing & Tech in Prosper, and the difference has been remarkable. Dr. Ravi conducted a thorough evaluation, asked detailed questions, and took significant time to explain my hearing challenges. He reviewed the original programming of my hearing aids, clearly explained why it was not appropriate for my specific hearing loss, and discussed better solutions. Rather than immediately selling new equipment, he reprogrammed my existing hearing aids — and the results were dramatic. For the first time in three years, I can hear clearly again. The improvement has been life-changing and has greatly improved my quality of life. Texas Hearing & Tech is professional, patient-focused, transparent, and highly skilled. Dr. Ravi and his team genuinely prioritize patient outcomes over product sales, which is both refreshing and reassuring. I highly recommend Texas Hearing & Tech to anyone experiencing hearing difficulties or frustration with their current devices. Seeking a second opinion here made all the difference. Thank you, Dr. Ravi and team — your care and expertise have had a meaningful impact on my life.

  • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is a wonderful office. I’m from California and had problems with my hearing aide. They were extremely helpful, both the owner, Lynn, after hours, as well as her technician, D’Lanie. If I lived here, I would use this office.
