Dr. Sterling Aguilar brings broad, multi-setting clinical training to Texas Hearing & Tech. A Doctor of Audiology from the State University of New York University at Buffalo with Texas audiology licensure, he has trained across private practice, ENT, neurologic, and hospital-based centers — building well-rounded expertise in comprehensive diagnostics, hearing aid fitting, tinnitus care, balance and vestibular testing, cochlear implants, and earwax removal for patients of every age. Fluent in Spanish and patient-first in his approach, he takes the time to understand each person's goals and recommends only what truly helps. Dr. Stacey Hall earned her Doctor of Audiology from Indiana University and completed her fellowship at the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center. With over 14 years of experience she specializes in comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings verified with real-ear measurements, cochlear implants, tinnitus, and balance disorders.

Joe is the warm, welcoming face you'll meet when you walk through our doors at Texas Hearing and Tech. He is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. Joseph ensures every visit runs smoothly — managing scheduling, patient communications, and making sure Dr. Ravi and Dr. Mark can focus entirely on your hearing care.

D'lanie manages our office and leads our community outreach effort..

Actively pursuing her Fitter and Dispenser of Hearing Instruments License (LFDHI) under the mentorship of our audiologists, D'lanie brings three years of hearing care experience and a genuine heart for people to everything she does.

She works alongside our clinical team building community connections and ensuring every patient feels welcomed and cared for from their very first visit.

Lynn Lorenz

General Manager

After 25 years in technology, Lynn brought her passion for innovation and patient experience to healthcare — launching Texas Hearing and Tech in January 2026 with a simple mission: bring world class hearing care to the Prosper community without the big clinic pressure.

Lynn manages the day to day operations of the practice, drives the vision for growth, and yes — occasionally answers the phone too.

Her technology background means Texas Hearing and Tech stays ahead of the curve on the latest hearing aid innovations, patient communication tools, and clinic technology — so you always get the best of both worlds: cutting edge care with a hometown feel.

We tried other providers previously to secure her hearing aids that were affordable but unfortunately those providers did not participate in her insurance program. Despite multiple return visits for adjustments and troubleshooting, they never functioned properly, and the results remained disappointing. Over time, I stopped using them altogether.
