Ravi Sockalingam, PhD, ABAC
Dispensensing Audiologist
Dr. Ravichandran Sockalingam is a globally experienced audiologist and researcher with over 30 years in clinical operations, research, and education in hearing health. He holds a PhD in Philosophy from The University of Queensland, a Bachelor of Speech Therapy also from the University of Queensland, and completed a Doctoral Fellowship. His certifications include PMP, a full unrestricted Audiologist License in Texas, and American Board of Audiology Certification.
Ravi’s resume includes 10 years as Director of Research and Professional Relations at Oticon Medical in Somerset, NJ, managing programs in the US, Canada, and Latin America while spearheading advancements in bone-anchored hearing technologies. Earlier roles include Principal Audiologist & Manager of Scientific Communications at Oticon International Headquarters in Copenhagen, where he developed concepts for premium hearing instruments and edited research updates; Associate Professor at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand ; Assistant Professor at Dalhousie University, Canada; and Lecturer at The University of Queensland, Australia. He has contributed to external activities like leading New Zealand's Newborn Screening Advisory Team and reviewing for journals such as Ear & Hearing and Audiology-Neurotology.

Stacey Hall, Au.D
Dispensing Audiologist
Dr. Stacey Hall earned her Doctor of Audiology from Indiana University and completed her Clinical Fellowship at the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center. During her training, she gained advanced experience in balance disorders, cochlear implant evaluation and long-term management, tinnitus care, and electrophysiologic testing.
With over 14 years of experience in diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology, Dr. Hall provides comprehensive hearing evaluations and customized treatment solutions designed around each patient’s lifestyle and communication goals. She carefully identifies the underlying cause of hearing concerns before recommending personalized solutions.
All hearing aid fittings are verified using real-ear measurements—an objective method that ensures precise programming, optimal clarity, and strong performance in everyday listening environments.
Dr. Hall combines clinical expertise, innovative technology, and thoughtful care planning to deliver an elevated hearing healthcare experience—helping patients reconnect with conversations, confidence, and the moments that matter most.
Formally trained in healthcare quality improvement and systems optimization, she is committed to clinical excellence, efficiency, and compassionate, patient-focused care.
Lynn Lorenz, General Manager
Lynn has been in healthcare for 3 years now, after 25 years as a product manager in technology. She is the manager of our practice, runs the business, and occasionally answers the phone if D’lanie is too busy.
D’Lanie Runnels, Office Manager
When you call or visit, the friendly voice you will hear is our very knowledgeable Office Manager, D’lanie. She has been working in the audiology field for 3 years and will take excellent care of you.
