Sometimes the safest thing we can do is send you elsewhere — and we will if needed.
Ear wax removal is very routine, but it isn't right for every person. If we see signs that removal isn't safe for us to perform — certain medical histories, ear conditions, or anything that needs a physician — we'll tell you honestly and help you find the right care. We'd rather protect your ears than push through a procedure.
